We are once again heading into a life bubble as conditions of the epidemic cools down and slow improvement moves across the many global communities but we are not taking into consideration what brought us here at this stage of human catastrophe in this century.

We all witnessed the pain, agony, hopelessness , humiliation ,trauma  of family in the various states and countries  and hard working individuals who have been affected globally with this epidemic crisis .

Just imagine these scenarios:

A patient goes to hospital and lies to the doctor about his health – the doctor prescribing medication later the patient takes and passes.

A 911 dispatcher receives a call about a violent fire inside 60 floors highrise of  twenty thousand residents rather getting the instruction to firehouse on time he responds two hours later directs the firehouse to a different address; the building burns down everyone passes .

A city water engineer of tree millions populations lies to the mayor and councillor about water contamination failure to alert  the population on the situation and stop consumption of the water everyone passes within the city .

Hotel resort has a gala reception for five thousand people the executive chef  realized  last minute before the service there’s an issue with the soup rather than alert the service captain they went ahead serving the food later all gala guests have serious diarrhea and pass.

Why am I staying these scenarios? The point is simple when you are in a position of leadership you must remain trustworthy to your role and responsibility is fundamental.

Since the crisis of the Covid-19 epidemic started  we have lost over tens of thousands of human lives globally and the number keeps growing this is because the foundation of the epidemic story fails to tell the truth as this came to be a catastrophic disaster on humanity  in our century with a simple act of not telling the truth is the lesson to learn .

With a simple act of honesty as the foundation of life principle of nature is the truth ; being trustworthy will help us solve all our problems without limitation universally.

Remember when you lead, please lead with honesty!
