The TCHC (Toronto Community Housing Corporation) will have a new President and CEO on June 18th. He’s Eugene Jones and he comes highly qualified but his appointment is controversial because he is an American. He is currently serving as Executive Director of the Detroit Housing Commission, the largest public housing body in the State of Michigan.
