Len Chan, based in Calgary, has contributed articles and photographs to The Afro News for 19 years. He has been our man on the ground at Toronto’s Caribbean Festival (formerly Caribana) for most of those years and covered events in Calgary and Edmonton and one year even covered the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders.
