Toronto signed Jamaican defender Dicoy Williams. The 24-year old most recently played for Harbour View FC in Jamaica. Williams spent time with Toronto FC at the Carolina Challenge Cup last month before signing.
Football: Former Argos receiver Andre Talbot has retired. The Toronto native played nine years with the Toronto Argos.
