Free Seniors Wellness Event Offers Info on Healthy Aging

This year’s event will be held Thursday, August 2 at the West Richmond Community Centre.

“The event is all about healthy aging,” says Dickson. “A huge part of that is knowing what resources are out there. People are often amazed at what they find.”

By michelle-lee : Toronto’s annual Caribbean Festival (formerly Caribana) got underway on July 9th with the launch of the Junior Carnival at Downsview Park.  The official Caribbean Carnival launch took place July 17th at Nathan Phillips Square.  Other events include:
