Some of you may have had the opportunity to watch the mini series The Book of Negros in celebration of Black History Month.

This series depicted life in the early slave trade years and reminded us of the struggles, challenges and adversity of humanity and the few people that felt responsible to sacrifice their life and make changes for the betterment of all.
‎
The question today arises – what do you take as your challenge in life to make an inspiring difference and further progress positive changes?
‎
Our collective responsibility is up to each individual to take care of our behaviour‎. It doesn’t matter what colour, creed or where you are from or where you live; good self governance must apply to our making a difference in our society.
‎
It should be everyone’s responsibility to behave in a constructive and progressive manner especially‎ in this time of uncertainty when we are seeing our youths transformation across the globe.
‎
Are we up to this task?
‎
The danger does not come of the change but rather from our behaviour and approach when in a leadership role.
‎
The action you take everyday must help to make positive change. The choice is ultimately yours as we approach this change in Season!

Wishing you all a wonderful Spring.

Sincerely,

Honore K. Gbedze
