Clé Bennett has taken home two Gemini Awards both for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the mini-series Guns, and in HBO series The Line. One of a short list of actors to win two Gemini Awards in one year, Clé gave an inspiring acceptance speech to the national television audience watching the Gemini Award Gala that concluded with the parting words, “Just understand, anything’s possible, I’m the proof.”

It has been an incredible year for Clé with his next role alongside an A-list cast in one of the film festival circuit gems of 2010: Barney’s Version. Clé has a supporting role in the acclaimed dramatic feature film which premieres in Toronto and Montreal theatres on December 24th, 2010, and in theatres nationwide on January 14th, 2011. The film’s A-list cast included Paul Giamatti (Barney Panofsky) and Dustin Hoffman (as Barney’s father, Izzy Panofsky). The film and its star Paul Giamatti are already getting Oscar buzz. With industry recognition of his amazing performances Clé is realizing his dream.

It’s been non-stop busy for the popular artist. He has roles on Global TV’s Shattered, the new hit Showcase series Lost Girl, upcoming features on CBC’s Republic of Doyle, A&E’s Breakout Kings, CTV’s The Listener, and Hallmark’s The Night Before The Night Before Christmas.
