Hollywood Profile

Versatile could well be the middle name for this month’s Hollywood profile. Never far from the limelight Aldis Hodge stands tall. Comfort can be taken by the parents of this fine young gentleman
Born with a gleam in his eye young Aldis came into this world on Sept. 20, 1986. Thanks to an American mom from Florida and Dominican father good looks came easy to this lad and fellow actor older brother Eldis. One could also presume that order was well maintained throughout the household since mom and dad both served so heroically in the military, the Marines to be exact.

From an early age our boy wonder took a shine to music. Prowess with the violin and clarinet struck just the right chord with the family though this North Carolinian’s first calling was becoming an actor. Fans everywhere know this goal was achieved.

Tall at six foot one and a quarter Aldis is truly a man of many talents with diversity being his obvious strong suit. While acting in over 50 movies and series on t.v. this man has also made time to write, design watches and paint. Improving acting at school is another thing Aldis is achieving.

Shows on television that have been made better thanks to this actor’s impressive talents include Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Boston Public, CSI: Miami, Bones and more. Big screen triumphs start with a sizzling debut in Die Hard: with a Vengeance, the East, The Ladykillers with Tom Hanks, Big Momma’s House and voice work on Happy Feet, etc.
Good news and more roles will likely come Aldis Hodge’s way.
